On Saturday June 20, 2020 at around 7:00 in the evening The St. Thomas Police took a 29 year old male into custody who was failing to comply with court ordered probation stipulations.   Just 3 days prior this male attended a Talbot Street address which is against court imposed conditions for him to attend.  He was released from custody with a future court date.

On the same date at around 9:30 in the evening while on general patrol St. Thomas Officers observed an adult male sleeping in a park on Talbot Street.   Further investigation revealed the male to be 66 years of age and he was previously trespassed from this park.  Along with being escorted out of the park the male is facing additional trespass charges along with Breaching a court imposed probation condition and was given a future court date.

Lastly on June 21, 2020 at shortly after 1:00 in the morning officer’s took a 30 year old male into custody who was found to be in possession of a stolen bicycle.  Investigation also revealed the male was contravening a court imposed probation condition and he was found to have “Break in Instruments” on him.  Male was transported to the police station and held in custody pending a court appearance.
