Warrant
A twenty four year old St. Thomas man was arrested yesterday afternoon around 1 pm at an address on First Avenue.  Police were called to the address to remove some unwanted individuals when they recognized the male as being wanted on a warrant.  The man was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing where he was later released on a Promise to Appear in court.  The warrant stems from an incident back on September 13th where the man is charged with one count of Mischief after hitting another man’s car with a baseball bat during a heated argument.
Warrant
A thirty six year old man was arrested after he turned himself in at the Colin McGregor Justice Building Monday evening around 5:30 pm.  The man was taken into custody without incident for processing and later released on a Promise to Appear in court.  The man was wanted on a warrant for two counts Assault and one count Assault with a Weapon after an incident earlier this month.
Breach
A sixty four year old man was arrested last night around 11 pm after police located him in the Canron Parkette.  The man had been arrested yesterday after he assaulted a woman with a bike chain and was later released back into the community by the courts with conditions not to attend the park.  During the arrest Officers seized a pair of bolt cutters and a hack saw.  The man was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for court.  As a result the male was additionally charged with one count Breach of Release Conditions and one count Possession of Break and Enter Tools.
Breach
A forty seven year old man was arrested early this morning on St Catharine Street near Curtis Street after officers observed him walking with a thirty year old female.  Officers recognized the man as currently at large in the community released by the courts on conditions not to associate or communicate with the woman after being charged with domestic assault.  The man was taken into custody without incident and charged two counts Breach of Release.  He was later released on a Promise to Appear in court.
