Warrant

Thirty three year old Stephen Roach was arrested Wednesday afternoon.  A warrant was issued for his arrest after he was identified as the suspect in two break and enter investigations.  He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing.  He was charged with Break and Enter and Breach of Release Conditions x4.  He was held in custody for a bail court appearance. ^11670

Warrant

Thirty nine year old Robert Smith was arrested Wednesday.  Court Security recognized Smith as being wanted on a warrant.  The warrant was issued after he was identified as the suspect in possession of illicit drugs.  He was taken into custody without incident and held in custody for a bail court appearance. ^11673

Theft

Police are investigating after the rear licence plate of a vehicle parked in a parking lot on Talbot Street was stolen sometime over the last few month.  Licence plate CBXN 152 was reported missing.  If you see this plate or have any information about this incident please contact STPS at 519-631-1224 or www.stthomas-elgincrimestoppers.ca Refer to case#ST22011675

Warrant

Thirty five year old Michael Broughton was arrested Wednesday.  Officer on Community Patrol were called to a disturbance and recognzied Broughton as being wanted.  A warrant was issued for his arrest after he was identified as the suspect recorded on security video stealing a cell phone.  He was taken into custody without incident for processing and charged with Theft Under $5000.  He was later released on an Appearance Notice for court. ^11681

Vehicle Entry

A vehicle parked on Talbot Street was entered sometime Wednesday overnight.  A laptop, cordless drill and some loose change was reported stolen.
