Warrant

A thirty one year old London man was arrested during a traffic stop Monday afternoon.  Officers on Community Patrol discovered he was wanted on a warrant by Waterloo Regional Police.  The man was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing.  He was later released on an Undertaking with court date. ^13361

Mischief

Break and Enter

Police are investigating after a construction site located on the corner of Queen and Centre Street was broken into sometime Monday overnight. Warrant

A thirty seven year old St. Thomas woman wanted on a warrant was arrested Tuesday afternoon.  Officers on Community Patrol were dealing with the woman when they discovered she was wanted.  The bench warrant was issued after she was alleged to have failed to attend her scheduled court date to answer to theft related charges.  She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building.  During processing police seized a small amount of illicit street drugs.  She was charged additionally with one count of Drug Possession.  She was held in custody for a bail court appearance. ^13405

Break and Enter

Theft

Police are investigating after a bike was stolen from outside a store on Talbot Street near Flora.  The bike was left locked to a tree when a suspect approached and cut the lock with a hand held grinder.  The suspect was seen riding away on the bike.  ^13437

Sexual Assault

A forty eight year old St. Thomas man was arrested and charged with Sexual Assault Tuesday evening after he turned himself in at the Colin McGregor Building.  He was taken into custody without incident for processing and later released on an Undertaking with court date. ^13447
