Abandoned Bike

Warrant

Thirty two year old Ryan Mugford of no fixed address was arrested in Chatham by Chatham-Kent Police Wednesday.  Police were dealing with him on an unrelated matter when they discovered he was wanted.  A bench warrant had been issued for his arrest after he failed to attend his scheduled court date to answer to several drug, weapon and breach related charges.   He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing.  He was held in custody for a bail court appearance. ^14349

Warrant

A twenty four year old St. Thomas woman wanted on a warrant was arrested Wednesday.  Police were dealing with the woman on an unrelated matter when they discovered she was wanted.  A warrant was issued for her arrest after she was alleged to have assaulted another woman.  She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing.  She was charged with Assault and released on an Appearance Notice for court.  ^14353

Vehicle Entry

A vehicle parked on William Street was entered sometime Tuesday overnight.  Vehicle documents were reported stolen.  Please remember to lock your vehicle and take valuables inside. ^14356

Break and Enter

Medical Assist

Officers on Community Patrol assisted paramedics after they received a call of an overdose at an apartment on Talbot Street.  Police arrived on scene and administered three rounds of Narcan to a thirty nine year old male.  He regained consciousness and was transported to hospital by ambulance as a precaution. ^14370

Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest

A forty nine year old St. Thomas man was arrested during a traffic stop Wednesday.  Officers on Community Patrol discovered the driver was wanted on a warrant. A warrant for Mischief was issued after the man was alleged to have caused a disturbance to several of his neighbours.  He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing.  He was later released on an Undertaking with court date. ^14372

Warrant

A thirty two year old St. Thomas man wanted on a warrant was arrested Wednesday.  Police were dealing with the man on an unrelated matter when they discovered he was wanted after being charged with eight counts of driving while under suspension.  He was taken into custody without incident for processing and held for a court appearance.  ^14375
