Thefts

On Friday January 18, 2019 in the early afternoon a 27 year old St. Thomas male entered a local business where he took an item without paying.  The male was identified through security cameras at the business and was subsequently located and arrested by police later in the day.  Police were also able to recover the stolen item.  Further investigation revealed that the male was also on a probation order.  As a result the male was charge with Theft Under $5000.00 and breach of probation. He was held for morning court.
 
Also on January 18, 2019 in the early evening, two females aged 52 and 24 years were caught stealing from a local business by a loss prevention officer.  Police attended and both females were charged with Theft under $5000.00 and released with future court dates.
