A 39-year old St. Thomas woman has been arrested and charged with Breach of Probation, and Possession of a Stolen Credit card. On the 2nd of January 2018, in the early morning hours, the woman was arrested stemming from an investigation of a theft of a purse from a vehicle on the 22nd of December 2017. The vehicle contained the victims purse, credit cards, and other various items. The woman remains in custody and to appear in court on the 2nd of January 2018.
