Theft

Mischief

Utter Threats

A youth in St. Thomas was arrested and charged with Criminal Harassment and Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm following a disturbance on Talbot Street Tuesday.  The youth was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing where they were held in custody for a bail  youth court appearance. ^14734

Mischief to Property

Domestic

A thirty nine year old St. Thomas man was arrested and charged with Assault Cause Bodily Harm  Monday evening.  The man is alleged to have assaulted his common law partner during an argument.  He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing.  He was later released on an Undertaking with court date. ^14756

Vehicle Entry

A vehicle parked in a residential parking lot on Forest Ave near Highview Dr. was entered sometime Tuesday.  A purse containing debit, credit and identification cards was reported stolen.  An Amazon purchase was completed just before the card was cancelled.  Please remember to lock your vehicle and take valuables inside.  ^14762

Break & Enter

Two men are wanted after they were identified as the suspects who broke into a garage on Barwick Street and hid items by a bridge to be picked up later.  The men had left the area prior to police arrival.  One of the suspects forty year old Paul DeVree of no fixed address was located on Manor Road a short time later and taken into custody without incident.  Police located him inside the unfinished garage of a home under construction.  DeVree was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing.  He was charged with Break and Enter and Possession of Stolen Property.  Police also discovered DeVree was wanted on a warrant for the same charges after he was identified as the suspect for a similar incident back in July.  He was held in custody for a bail court appearance.   The second suspect remains at large ^14763

Domestic

A twenty five year old St. Thomas man was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault and one count of Robbery following a disturbance Tuesday night.  The man is alleged to have assaulted his common law partner during an argument and stolen her phone.  He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing.  He was held in custody for a bail court appearance.  ^14475
