Police are investigating after a meter and a transmission radio were stolen from the inside of a Red Line Taxi sometime over the weekend. The taxi was parked in a lot located at 200 Ross Street at the time of the theft. Police are investigating after GPS units were stolen from excavation equipment parked at a site on Southdale near Centennial Ave. The theft is believed to have occurred sometime between Friday June 10 and Monday June 13th. Mischief
A forty two year old St. Thomas man was arrested Monday afternoon. Police were called to a disturbance at his assisted living facility when they discovered he become agitated and had broken a window. The man was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing. He was charged with one count of Mischief to Property Under $5000 and later released on an Appearance Notice for court. ^8949

Police are investigating after an employee at a local homeless shelter noticed one of his vehicle tires had been slashed while he was at work. The vehicle was parked in the lot behind the building on Princess Avenue. Harassing Communications
A thirty eight year old man from Woodstock was arrested Monday after he turned himself in at the Colin McGregor Building. The man was wanted on a warrant for one count of Harassing Communications. The warrant was issued after he was alleged to have repeatedly contacted a woman after being told to stop. He was taken into custody without incident for processing and later released on an Undertaking with court date. ^8991
Mischief
A twenty seven year old St. Thomas man was arrested Monday night and charged with one count of Mischief to Property Under $5000. The incident began when police were called to a family disturbance and discovered a vehicle parked in the laneway of the home had been damaged. The man was located a short distance away and taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing and later released on an Undertaking with court date. 9001
Impaired
Police have arrested a thirty six year old St. Thomas man and charged him with impaired driving. Officers on Community Patrol pulled the man over around 3 am Tuesday and suspected he was impaired. The driver performed poorly on a field sobriety test and was taken into custody. He was transported to the Colin McGregor Building where breath samples indicated the man had almost twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system. He was charged with Operation While Impaired Blood Alcohol Concentration 80 Plus and later released on an Appearance Notice for court. ^9006
Breach
Forty seven year old Beverly Kimber of no fixed address was arrested early Tuesday morning. Officers on Community Patrol observed Kimber breaching her release conditions by associating with a male she is currently prohibited from. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building where she was charged with two counts of Breach of Release and held for a bail court appearance. ^9010
Warrant
Nineteen year old Nicolas Derbowka of St. Thomas was arrested Tuesday morning just after midnight. Officers on Community Patrol recognized him as being wanted on a warrant. The warrant was issued after he was identified as the suspect recorded on store security video shoplifting from a grocery store. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing. He was later released on an Undertaking with court date. ^8843
