Warrant For Arrest
St. Thomas Police are looking for a thirty five year old homeless man after he allegedly stole two laptops from a downtown mission he was staying at. Staff were able to recover one laptop however the second one remains outstanding. Police are looking to arrest Adam Lozier for one count of Theft Under $5000. Impaired Charges
A thirty five year old St. Thomas man has been charged with an impaired driving offence. An alert citizen called police Sunday night around 7 pm after suspecting the driver was under the influence. Thanks to a detailed description of the vehicle including licence plate number, officers were able to locate the vehicle a short time later. A traffic stop was conducted and as a result the driver was arrested. Breath tests indicated the man had more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system. The driver is charged with one count of Operate Motor Vehicle With Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in 100 Milliliters of Blood, he was released on a Promise To Appear in court.
