On December 26, 2018 in the early morning hours St. Thomas Police were on patrol in the south end of the city. Officers observed a suspicious vehicle in an area that is under new construction. Police located some youths in the that area who were subsequently issued tickets under the Trespass To Property Act and their parents were notified.
