11167    Fraud

A 62 year old man from London has been arrested and charged with theft over $5000. The charge comes after an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Branch, where the accused was reportedly stealing product from his employer and selling it to turn a personal profit. The male has been terminated from his employment and released with a future court date to answer to the charge.

12923    Theft

In the early morning hours of August 15th, unknown suspect(s) attended the front porch of an Inkerman Street residence and stole a rotary tool in case and an exacto-knife. Police have obtained video surveillance and the investigation is continuing.

12949    Fraud

Police are investigating a fraud after a female attended a cash advance business in the city and tendered a cheque which is alleged to have already been cashed. The investigation continues.

12995    Theft

A propane tank was stolen from a south end residence overnight of August 15th. Investigation determined that the lone suspect was a male, described as wearing a grey shirt, dark pants and having short dark hair.

12998    Theft

On August 14th, between 11pm-1110 pm, unknown suspect(s) stole a distinct lawn decoration from a residence on Airey Ave. The decoration is report to be an orange watering can mounted onto a shepherds hook with lights coming out of the spout.

13012    Found bike

Police have recovered an abandon bicycle in the south end of the city. If this bike is yours please contact S/Cst Scott Haayema at 519-631-1224.
