STPS Media Release – Sunday, July 31st, 2022.

On 30July/22 at approximately 6:25am a life size skeleton decoration was stolen from an address on St. Catharine Street. 29-year-old female Kelly Kline is presently wanted for the theft of this item. ST22011908.

On 30July/22 at approximately 9:30am St. Thomas police officers arrested 33-year-old Brandon Burch on the strength of an arrest warrant. This male attempted to flee from police but was caught in foot chase a short distance later and was charged with obstructing police. This male was released with a future court date.

On 30July/22 at approximately 10am St. Thomas police officers attended an address on Talbot Street regarding individuals throwing items off of a rooftop. Upon arrival police recognized one of the individuals to be 37-year-old Ryan Youskow who was presently wanted on an arrest warrant. This male was taken into custody and released to the London Police Service as they had additional warrants for this male.

On 30July/22 at approximately 10:10am St. Thomas police officers arrested and charged 54-year-old Ron Hodgson for stealing a bicycle from the bike rack at McDonalds on Talbot Street.  This male had been observed on video using a cordless grinder to remove the locked bicycle. This male was also charged with 2 counts of failing to comply with a probation order and released with a future court date.

On 30July/22 at approximately 11am St. Thomas police officers attended the Grace Cafe located at 323 Talbot Street regarding an alleged theft. Unknown persons stole a white, brown, grey and blue backpack from a 54-year-old male who had been asleep at Grace Cafe. ST22011914.

On 30July/22 at approximately 11:05am St. Thomas police officers attended an address on Talbot Street regarding a theft. Unknown persons stole a bicycle trailer for children from a front porch. The trailer is described as red with black trim, had 2 seats and cup holders. ST22011915.

On 30July/22 at approximately 1pm St. Thomas police officers attended an address on Station Street regarding a theft of a bicycle. The bicycle is a burgundy Schwinn ‘easy fold’ bicycle with black fenders and tall handle bars. This bicycle had been locked and was stolen from the front porch of the residence. ST22011918.
