STPS Media Release, Saturday, June 11th, 2022

On Friday June 10th at approximately 2:30pm St. Thomas Police officers arrested St. Thomas male Adam Herr on the strength of a St. Thomas Police warrant. This male was later released by police with a future court date.

On Friday June 10th at approximately 2:30pm St. Thomas Police officers attended an address on Hincks Street regarding an unwanted person in a residence. Upon arrival police arrested and charged a 33 year-old  London male with being unlawfully in a dwelling, as well as being in possession of crystal methamphetamine. This male was released by police with a future court date and conditions to abide by.

On Friday June 10th at approximately 5pm St. Thomas Police officers attended an address on Burwell Road for an alleged domestic disturbance. Upon arrival police spoke with a male and a female who were having a heated conversation. There were no signs of any type of physical altercation, but the 28-year-old St. Thomas female was arrested on an outstanding St. Thomas Police warrant. This female was later released by police with a future court date.

On Friday June 10th at approximately 7:20pm St. Thomas Police officers attended The Inn located at 10 Princess Avenue regarding alleged damage to property. Upon further investigation police have charged 37-year-old Lynn Wall with mischief not exceeding $5000.

On Saturday June 11th at approximately 2:25am St. Thomas Police officers attended a residence on Princess Avenue regarding a report of two people attempting to break into a vehicle. Through further investigation St. Thomas Police officers arrested and charged 27-year-old female Jayme Lyn Mcmurray and 32-year-old male Joshua Marcotte for breaching conditions of their previous release from custody. Both are on conditions not to communicate or associate with each other and the 27-year-old female had an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. Both individuals were held in custody for a court appearance in the morning.
