Break & Enter

Mischief

A thirty eight year old man of no fixed address is wanted by police after he was alleged to have damaged a door inside an apartment building.  The man was observed writing graffiti on the door with a marker.  ^13344

Stolen Bike

Mischief

Assault

A seventeen year old is wanted by police for one count of Assault Cause Bodily Harm following a disturbance in a wooded lot Monday.  The seventeen year old is alleged to have lured a fifteen year old to the area for a planned confrontation.  The fifteen year old was punched in the face sustaining a broken nose.  An arrest warrant is being sought for the seventeen year old.  ^13355

Arrest Made in Theft

A forty seven year old woman and a thirty one year old man both from London were arrested Monday afternoon during a traffic stop.  Police were investigating a theft of tools from a supply store on Burwell Road when they located the suspect vehicle on Highbury Ave.  The man was alleged to have fled the store with over $1000 worth of high end tools while the woman waited in the vehicle to drive away.   The couple were taken into custody without incident and the stolen property was located in the back seat of the vehicle.  They were transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing.  The man was charged with one count of Theft Under $5000 and two counts Breach of Release.  The woman was charged with one count of Theft Under $5000.  They were later released on Undertakings and will appear in court at a later date to answer to the charges. ^13363

Break & Enter
