St. Thomas Police Service media release for Sunday June 6th, 2021

St. Thomas police are currently investigating a theft of a BMX bicycle from a Forest Avenue address.  The bike is similar to the one posted below.

Later that day St. Thomas Police received a second complaint on Forest Avenue regarding a theft of a green boys BMX bike.  Anyone with information is asked to contact STPS.

On the 5th day of June 2021 Police attended a Northside residence for a theft of 2 chairs from the porch area.  Video below was provided by the victim.  Anyone with information is asked to contact STPS.

On the 5th day of June 2021 police attended a St. George residence for a disturbance.  One of the people involved was a 28 year old St. Thomas woman who was wanted on an arrest warrant by our service.  The female was taken into custody and released on a future court date.

On the 5th day of June 2021 Police attended the Lake Margaret boat launch for a theft of a backpack containing sandals and a towel.  Police investigation revealed the victim was on the water when the theft occurred.  Anyone with information is asked to contact STPS.

On the 5th day of June 2021 just after 11 PM an alert officer located a 40 year old St. Thomas man who was wanted for theft not exceeding $5000 and trafficking stolen goods.  The investigation stemmed from a theft at a 1063 Talbot Street business.  The male was released on a future court date.
