St. Thomas Police Service media release for Sunday August 21st. 2022

St. Thomas Police Service is currently investigating a break and enter to an Erie Street residence.  Sometime between the dates of August 19th and 20th someone enter the residence and removed a television and freezer.  Entry was gained by sliding open an unlocked window.  Anyone with information is asked to contact STPS and reference incident # ST22013221.

On the 20th day of August 2022 police attended a Park Avenue address for a vehicle entry.  Sometime overnight the unlocked vehicle was entered and property was removed.  ST22013224.

On the 20th day of August 2022 police attended a Steele Street address for a residential break and enter.  Police investigation revealed that entry was gained to an unlocked garage sometime overnight.  Taken was a 1995 blue and white Yamaha YZ250 Motocross bike that was sent out on a media release yesterday.  Anyone with information is asked to contact STPS or Crimestoppers and reference incident # ST22013226.

Police attended a south end address for a theft of bicycle.  The bicycle was taken from the common area of the victim’s apartment building.  The bike is a Norco Step-Thru bike.  ST22013239.

On the 20th day of August 2022 a 37 year old St. Thomas woman turned herself in on an outstanding warrant.  The female was held in custody and will appear in court today.  ST22013256.

On the 21st day of August 2022 just after 1 Am police attended a Talbot Street address for a domestic incident.  Police investigation revealed that there was grounds for a St. Thomas man for assault.  The male was taken into custody and released on a future court date.

Officers on patrol at Pinafore Park located a 33 year old St. Thomas man who was wanted on a probation warrant.  The male was arrested without incident and released on a future court date.
