On the 22nd of September 2018, just after midnight, the St. Thomas Police Service were called to a south side residence in St. Thomas with a report of a loud party and under-age drinking. While at the residence a 17-year old St. Thomas youth was arrested at the location for breaching his conditions of court release. The youth was held in custody pending a court appearance on the 22nd of September 2018.
