The St. Thomas Police Service arrested a 33 year old St. Thomas man overnight for failing to appear at his 3rd of April court date. The male party was taken into custody with outstanding charges he previously faced of fraud and possession of a stolen credit card. Additional charge of failing to attend court have been laid and he is currently in custody pending a court appearance.
