Police Identify Suspects In Forcible Confinement/Assault Incident

St. Thomas Police have identified the two suspects in an incident involving a third male, who was allegedly beaten and bound in a city residence and held against his will.

Joel DUNN, currently in custody and charged with Assault, Forcible Confinement and 4 Counts of Breach of Conditions (relating to existing matters still before the courts).  Appears by Video on Monday in court.

Shawn HURL, currently at large, warrant being sought for Assault, Forcible Confinement and 2 counts of Breaching his Conditions of previous release (currently at large and bound by conditions arising from existing matters before the courts).
It is believed that this is an isolated incident and that all parties are known to each other.
