Police are investigating a mischief incident that occurred on Chant St sometime overnight on Thursday. Two houses, a car, an area of sidewalk, and a sign were spray painted. Police are investigating the theft of a bicycle from the bike rack of Food Basics. The theft occurred at approximately 6pm on Thursday. The bike is an orange and black GT 18 speed mountain bike with ‘Aggressor’ in black lettering on the cross bar. Police are investigating the theft of a black Raleigh mountain bike from a backyard on Metcalfe St. The theft occurred sometime between the July 26th and the morning of July 29th.  The bike is has thick heavy tires and a thick main frame with red and yellow decals. The bike had a grey plastic storage case affixed to the handlebars and an large pannier bag at the back. A warrant has been issued for a 39 year old female following a theft of gas incident that occurred on July 21 at the Canadian Tire Gas Bar. The female was captured on video pumping approximately $40 of gas and leaving without making any attempt to pay. Police identified the female and provided her ample opportunity to pay however; she failed to do so and is now evading police. ^11370

Forty-six year old Michael Hansen is wanted after using fraudulent identification to take out a loan for $5000 from a money lending business earlier in July. As a result of this investigation, Michael Hansen, is charged with Fraud Under $5000, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, and Fail to Comply with Probation x 2. ^11787

During the early morning hours of Thursday July 28th, several businesses in the industrial zone were broken into and property was stolen. Following a review of video in the area, police have identified the three parties responsible – 32 year old Matthew Howes, 47 year old Beverly Kimber, and 29 year old Chynna Nablo-Davis are each wanted for Break and Enter and related offences. ^11755

While responding to a call for service, police located a 34 year old male known to be wanted on five separate warrants for domestic related offences. Upon spotting police, the male fled on foot. After a short foot pursuit, the male was taken into custody without incident. He was subsequently transported to the Colin McGregor building where he was processed and later released by the courts. ^11867

Police are investigating the theft of three BF Goodrich All-Terrain tires on black rims from a property on Hiawatha St. The theft occurred sometime between July 20th and July 29th. Police are investigating a shoplifting incident that occurred shortly after 8pm on July 29th. A male entered the Peavey Mart and left with a pair of women’s ARIAT Riveter Pull-on boots valued at $279.99. He then took a pair of $30 sunglasses and put both items into a backpack before leaving the store, making no attempt to pay. The male left on a white bicycle. While attending a call for service, police located 43 year old Kerri Webber. Investigation revealed she was wanted on a warrant for failing to attend court. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor building where she was processed and later released on an Appearance Notice. ^11882

During the early morning hours of Saturday July 30th, a black BMX style bicycle was stolen from the bike rack at McDonalds. Later in the day, officers on patrol spotted a 54 year old St Thomas male with the stolen bicycle. As a result of the investigation, the male was charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Fail to Comply with Probation x 2. He was transported to the Colin McGregor building where he was processed and later released on an Appearance Notice. ^11902
