Break and Enter
The St Thomas Police are investigating after a shipping container in Waterworks Park had the lock cut off and entry gained. The incident happened sometime overnight on November 10th. ^19457
Theft
A black and yellow bicycle trailer was stolen sometime overnight on November 10th. The trailer was attached to a bike at the time in a yard of a south side residence. See the attached image of the trailer. ^19469
A 63 year-old St Thomas man has been arrested and charged with Indecent Assault. Members of the Criminal Investigations Branch were investigating the incident which was reported to police earlier this year. The offence is alleged to have happened several decades ago. The man was later released on an Undertaking with a future court date. ^19474
Warrant
Officers from the St Thomas Police Service were dealing with a 25 year-old St Thomas man on an unrelated matter when they recognized him as being wanted on an outstanding Bench Warrant after he failed to attend his scheduled court date. The man was arrested and brought to the Colin McGregor Justice Building where he was later released on an Appearance Notice. ^19476
Threats
A 41 year-old male was charged last night with uttering threats to his partner. The man was arrested and brought to the police station for processing and later released on an Undertaking with conditions and a future court date. ^19498
Bail Violation
A 62 year-old female was arrested and charged in the evening of November 11th with Failing to Comply with a condition of her Undertaking. The woman attended an address she was on conditions not to attend. She was held in custody for a court appearance. ^19507
