ASSAULT BODILY HARM
A warrant is being sought after a 21 year old St. Thomas man assaulted a female friend of his who was at his apartment visiting. He choked her and assaulted her. The victim exited the apartment and ran for help. The male is charged with assault bodily harm by way of choking and assault. ST22011267.
Last night a St. Thomas citizen was walking northbound on Flora St. at approximately 1:30am. He was approached from behind by two males on bicycles. They pepper sprayed him in the face and took his wallet and cell phone. The suspects then rode off southbound on Flora St. The victim had no further injuries. ST2011270
A 28 year old St. Thomas woman attended the Police Station yesterday morning and turned herself in on an outstanding warrant. She was wanted for breaching her conditional sentence order. She was processed and later released with a future court date.
On July 20th a 42 year old St. Thomas man attended the Police Station to turn himself in on an outstanding warrant. He had failed to comply with his court order. He was processed and later released with a future court date.
City employees reported to Police that sometime between July 15 and July 18th suspects have spray painted numerous phrases on several posts on Talbot Street from William Street to First Avenue. ST22011280
Officers on Community Patrol were called to a Highview Avenue address yesterday for a report of an assault that had occurred on July 11th. A 67 year old St. Thomas man had assaulted his former partner at her residence, causing minor injuries. He was was spoken to over the phone and advised of the charges, and he later turned himself into the Police at the Colin McGregor Building. He was processed and later released with a future court date.
BREAK AND ENTER
A homeowner on Barwick Street reported to Police on July 20th that her home had been entered and her purse stolen. The screen on the front door had been ripped, allowing the suspect to enter her residence. Incident occurred sometime over the past several days. St22011296
A business owner on Laing Boulevard reported to Police yesterday that sometime over the past several days two catalytic convertors were cut off of two motor homes that were parked on his lot. ST22011333
