Do you recognize this man? St. Thomas Police are asking for assistance from the public to identify this fraudster. The man attended Waterworks Variety around 8:30 pm on Monday January 15th and attempted to purchase $ 230.00 worth of lottery tickets with a fake Visa card app on his phone. The clerk did not process the purchase and was not out any money. The man then tried the same thing at a second variety store on Confederation Drive. The transaction did not go through there either. The man is described at five foot seven inches, approximately 170 lbs wearing a white Detroit Red Wings ball cap.
