Fail to Comply
While investigating an unrelated matter at a north side home, officers observed a male inside the residence who did not live there and who was on a curfew condition to be inside his own residence at that time.  He was later arrested and charged with Failing to Comply with his  Recognizance x 2 and released on a Promise to Appear with a future court date.
Assault
The St Thomas Police have arrested and charged a 49 year old man with assault after an altercation with another male tenant inside his apartment complex.  The victim did not sustain any injuries.  The accused was released on a Promise to Appear.
Warrants
Two males were arrested on outstanding warrants overnight.  The first male was arrested by London Police on the strength of the St Thomas warrants for Fail to Comply with Recognizance x 2 and Failing to Attend Court.  He was returned to St Thomas and later released on a Promise to Appear.
The second arrest involved a 36 year old St Thomas male who was wanted for several outstanding charges.  He was held in custody in is facing a court appearance this morning.
