On Friday, March 30th, 2018 at approximately 8:45 pm St. Thomas Police arrested a 16 year old male for breaching the non association condition of his judicial release order from a charge currently before the courts. The youth, who cannot be identified was transported to the police station where he was later released from custody with a future court date.
