Warrant
A thirty five year old St. Thomas woman wanted on a warrant was arrested yesterday afternoon around 1:30 pm after she turned herself in at the Colin McGregor Justice Building.  The warrant was issued after the woman failed to attend her scheduled appointment to have fingerprints taken in relation to a criminal code charge.  The woman was held for processing and later released on a Promise to Appear in court.
Domestic Assault
A forty six year old St. Thomas man was arrested last night around 6 pm after police received reports from his fifty one year old estranged common law that she had been assaulted several times since the summer.  The man was taken into custody without incident and charged one count Sexual Assault, two counts Assault and one count Utter Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm.  He was taken to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing and later released on a Promise to Appear in court.
Bike Theft

Man Assaulted Over Debt
A forty six year old St. Thomas man has been arrested and a fifty two year old St. Thomas man is wanted after a man was assaulted on Margaret Street back on September 24th.  The two men showed up at the victims residence around 8 pm attempting to collect a debt.  When the victim refused to pay, one of the men began to damage the victim’s vehicle with a baseball bat.  The victim then went outside where the situation escalated resulting in the victim’s vehicle being hit by the truck the men were driving and the victim being punched and choked.  The two men left the area prior to police arrival.  The forty six year old turned himself in a the Colin McGregor Justice Building last night around 7:30 pm for processing.  He was charged one count of Assault and one count Fail to Remain at the Scene of an Accident and later released on a Promise to Appear in court.  The fifty two year old is currently at large wanted on a warrant for one count Assault and one count Mischief Under $5000.
Warrant
A thirty year old St. Thomas man wanted on a warrant by STPS was arrested early this morning around 2 am in London by London Police.  Officers were dealing with the man on an unrelated matter when they discovered the warrant.  The man was taken into custody without incident and transported back to London Police Headquarters where St. Thomas Officers attended to execute the warrant and later release the man on a Promise to Appear in court.
Warrant
A thirty four year old St. Thomas man was arrested early this morning around 3:30 am on Moore Street near Centre.  Officers on general patrol saw the man and recognized him as being wanted on a warrant by STPS.  The warrant was issued after an incident back in July where the accused was charged with Mischief.  The man was taken into custody without incident and later released on a Promise to Appear in court.
