Domestic Assault

A thirty four year old man of no fixed address is wanted after police were called to a disturbance in a park.  The man is alleged to have assaulted his girlfriend during an argument.  The man fled the scene prior to police arrival.    He is wanted for charges of  Assault, Assault with a Weapon, Breach of Release Conditions x6.  11752

Suspects Identified in Break and Enter

Thirty two year old Matthew Howes, forty seven year old Beverly Kimber and twenty nine year old Chynna Nablo-Davis are all wanted by police after they were identified as the trio recorded on security video trying to break into a shed behind a business in the industrial area.  The three are facing charges of Break & Enter and Theft.  ^11755

Mischief

Arrest

Thirty seven year old Jonathan Margetts of no fixed address was arrested Thursday after he was identified as the suspect recorded on security video stealing a bag of clothes and alcohol from Walmart.  He was taken into custody without incident for processing and charged with Theft Under $5000.  He was later released on an Appearance Notice for court. ^11126

Stolen Bike

Theft

Warrant

A thirty seven year old St Thomas man was arrested Thursday after he turned himself in at the Colin McGregor Building.  A warrant was issued for his arrest after he was alleged to have assaulted his roommate during an argument.  He was taken into custody without incident for processing and charged with Assault and Mischief to Property.  He was later released on an Appearance Notice for court. ^11772

Arrest

Two people are in custody and a truck stolen from London has been recovered following a traffic stop on Princess Avenue Thursday.  Officers on Community Patrol noticed the license plates on the truck had been altered.  Forty two year old Christopher Doxtator of St. Thomas was taken into custody without incident and charged with three counts of Drive While Prohibited, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000, three counts of Drive While Suspended, Use Altered Licese Plate and Fail to Stop for Police.  Thirty six year old Ashley Swick of St. Thomas was arrested and charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and four counts Breach of Release Conditions.  Doxtator and Swick were both held in custody for a bail court appearance. ^11773

Vehicle Entry

A vehicle parked in the laneway of a home on Erie Street was entered sometime Wednesday overnight. Mischief

Police are investigating after a city owned lawnmower was damaged Thursday morning.  Employees has stopped the mower on the lawn located behind Memorial Arena and beside the Whistle Stop Trail.  Employees moved down the trail to finish weeding and when they returned they discovered the gas tank on the mower had been damaged.  A large cut to the gas tank was discovered.  The cut appears to have been the result of being struck by a large knife or hatchet. Warrant

A twenty year old male of no fixed address wanted on a warrant was arrested Thursday after he turned himself in at the Colin McGregor Building.  The bench warrant had been issued for his arrest after he failed to attend his scheduled court date to answer to charges of Impaired Driving, Theft Under and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon.  He was taken into custody without incident for processing and later released on an appearance notice for court.

Wanted

Thirty three year old Brandon Burch of no fixed address is wanted by police after he was identified as the suspect recorded on security video removing a window screen from an apartment on Talbot Street.  He is charged with Mischief to Property Under $5000.  ^11628

Wanted

Fifty three year old Trevor Irvine of St. Thomas is wanted by police after he was alleged to have assaulted his roommate during an argument.  As a result he is charged with  Assault, Assault With a Weapon and Uttering Threats.  ^11602

Assault
