On Saturday, the 19th of January 2019, a 38 year old London man was located breaching his conditions of release. St. Thomas Police were investigating a motor vehicle collision that the man was suspected to be involved in. He was located at a north side residence in St. Thomas. The man was previously released from St. Thomas Courts on conditions to reside in London, maintain a curfew, and to not attend the City of St. Thomas. As a result the man was arrested and further held in custody for a weekend video court appearance at the St. Thomas Police Service.
