Breach
A forty two year old man of no fixed address was arrested Tuesday after police were called to check on the well being of two people sleeping in a car on Highbury Avenue. When Officers on Community Patrol arrived they discovered a male in the vehicle with a female he is currently prohibited from communicating with as a condition of his release. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing. The man is alleged to have been violating several conditions and was charged with five counts Breach of Release. He was held in custody for a bail court appearance. ^12541

A vehicle parked in the lane way of a home on Tecumseh Street was entered sometime Monday overnight. Gift Cards were reported stolen. Please remember to lock your vehicles and take valuables inside. ^12557
Mischief
Police are investigating after a ticket kiosk outside the Galaxy Theater was broken sometime Monday evening. The touch screen was broken rendering the machine inoperable. Wanted
Thirty four year old Charles Crafts of no fixed address is wanted by police after he was identified as the suspect recorded on store security video walking out of the LCBO with several bottles of stolen alcohol in a shopping basket. He is wanted for Theft Under $5000 and three counts Breach of Release. ^12584
Fraud
A London couple have been arrested and charged with Fraud Under $5000 after they turned themselves in at the Colin McGregor Building Tuesday. A warrant was issued for the forty two year old woman and forty six year old man after they were recorded on store security video altering prices on products at a self checkout. The couple repeatedly scanned a one dollar item several times while loading over four hundred dollars worth of items in their cart. They left the store paying only $35. They were taken into custody without incident for processing and later released on Undertakings with court dates. ^12585
Warrant
A twenty nine year old woman of no fixed address was arrested Monday after Officers on Community Patrol recognized her as being wanted on a warrant. The warrant was issued after she was alleged to have broken a window to a vehicle during an argument. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing. She was charged with Mischief to Property Under $5000 and later released on an Undertaking with court date. ^12600
