On Friday December 18th, 2020 officers received information that a 36 year old male was associating with a person whom he was on conditions not to. Officers located the male with this person, thus confirming the information and therefore he was arrested and charged with breaching a condition of his release. He was released with a future court date.
On Friday December 18th officers attended an address in relation to an unwanted person. Investigation revealed that a 29 year old St. Thomas man was unlawfully in the house, had broken items while in the residence and threatened the homeowner with a baseball bat. Upon arrest, the male was in possession of items that were stolen. As a result, the male was charged with Unlawfully in a Dwelling House, Assault with a Weapon, Mischief under $5000 and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. He was held for a morning court appearance.
Lastly, officers responded to a residence for an argument. Through investigation it was revealed that the female had assaulted her partner. As a result, the 20 year old women was arrested and charged with one count of Domestic Assault and later released from custody.
