Breach

Two youths were arrested and charged with breaching their release conditions Monday morning after police were called to a disturbance on Talbot Street.  Officers on Community Patrol discovered the two were currently at large in the community released on conditions not to associate or communicate with each other.  Both were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building for processing.  One was held for a bail court hearing and the other was released into the custody of an adult with with a Summons for youth court. ^8018

Wanted

Thirty two year old Anthony James Mizon is wanted on a warrant.  He is currently charged with Breach of Release x5, Possession of Stolen Property, Use Unauthorized Credit Card, Fraud Under $5000, Theft Under $5000 and  Assault.  If you see Mizon or know his whereabouts please contact STPS at 519-631-1224 or submit a tip online at www.stthomascrimestoppers.ca

Mischief

Forty six year old Lucas Heffren was arrested Monday after police were called to a disturbance.  Heffren was alleged to have assaulted one of his room mates during an argument and damaged a wall.  He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building where he was charged with one count of Assault and one count of Mischief to Property Under $5000.  He was later released on an Undertaking with court date. ^8032

Theft

A black wallet with the John Deere Logo on the front and a white Boomerang stereo have been reported stolen to police.  The items are believed to have been taken from the owner as he slept over at the apartment of an acquaintance.  If you know the whereabouts of this property please contact STPS at 519-631-1224 or submit a tip online at www.stthomascrimestoppers.ca Refer to case #ST22008037

Vehicle Entry

Police are investigating after a vehicle parked on Balaclava Street was entered sometime over the weekend and a wallet was stolen.  The wallet contained debit, credit and identification cards.  Four unauthorized purchases have been made on the cards since the wallet was stolen.  The cards have been cancelled and police continue to investigate.  If you saw anything suspicious in the area please contact STPS at 519-631-1224 or submit a tip online at www.stthomascrimestoppers.ca Refer to case #ST22008052

Theft

Police are investigating a theft from a hardware store on Wellington Street.  Staff report seeing a female enter the store and steal items from the electronics department.  The woman hid the items in a large black bag and left the store without paying.  She is described as wearing blue jeans and a pink top.  If you have any information about this incident please contact STPS at 519-631-1224 or submit a tip online at www.stthomascrimestoppers.ca Refer to case #ST22008059

Theft

Warrant

A twenty five year old St Thomas man was arrested Monday night on Wellington Street.  Officers on Community Patrol recognized the man as being wanted on a bench warrant.  The warrant was issued after the man was alleged to have missed his scheduled court date.  He was take into custody without incident for processing and later released on an Appearance Notice for court. ^8071

Warrant

A thirty seven year old man wanted on a warrant by the St. Thomas Police Service was arrested in London by London Police.  Officers were dealing with the man on an unrelated matter when they discovered he was wanted on charges of Assault and Sexual Assault.  The man was taken into custody without incident and transferred to the Colin McGregor Building for processing.  He was later released on an Undertaking with court date. ^8074
