Police are looking to identify this individual wanted in connection to the attempt theft of a motorcycle on Jonas Street last week. This security video of the suspect was recorded around 3 am on Monday Sept 12th. Assault

A thirteen year old was charged with Assault Wednesday following a confrontation at school.  The youth is alleged to have assaulted a fifteen year old unprovoked.  The youth was released into the custody of a parent.  The youth will go through the youth court diversion process as required by the Youth Criminal Justice Act. ^15332

Assault

A forty five year old St. Thomas woman was arrested Wednesday after Officers on Community Patrol were called to a family disturbance.  The woman is alleged to have assaulted an twenty four year old family member during an argument.  She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Building.  She was charged with Assault and later released on an Undertaking with court date. ^15339

Warrant

Forty four year old John MacIntyre was arrested Wednesday after he turned himself in at the Colin McGregor Building.  MacIntyre was wanted on a warrant for thirteen counts of Possession of Stolen Property as the result of an investigation conducted with the combined efforts of the STPS Street Crime and Property Crime Units.  He was taken into custody without incident for processing and later released on an Appearance Notice for court.  ^15342

Theft

Thirty seven year old Jonathan Margetts of no fixed address was arrested Wednesday night on Princess Ave.  Special Constables from the Downtown Beat Patrol Unit observed Margetts riding a bike that had been reported stolen from the bike rack in front of Parkside Collegiate earlier this week.  Margetts was taken into custody without incident and charged with Possession of Stolen Property.  He was released on an Appearance Notice for court.  ^15348

Theft

Stolen Bike

A thirty one year old St. Thomas woman wanted on a bench warrant was arrested Wednesday after she turned herself in.  The warrant was issued after she failed to attend her scheduled court date to answer to Mischief to Property charges.  She was taken into custody without incident for processing and later released on an Appearance Notice for court. ^15364

A fifty three year old St. Thomas man wanted on a bench warrant was arrested Wednesday night at the Colin McGregor Building.  The warrant was issued after the man failed to attend his scheduled court date to answer to impaired driving offences.  He was taken into custody without incident for processing and later released on an Appearance Notice for court. ^15372
