Breach
A forty six year old St. Thomas  man wanted on a warrant was arrested yesterday morning around 10 am after officers observed him walking on Talbot Street.  The man was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Elgin County Court House for an appearance.  The warrant was issued for the man’s arrest after his surety revoked their responsibilities.  The surety made the decision after the accused breached his release conditions and failed to abide by his court imposed nightly curfew.  As a result the man is now charged two counts Breach of Release.
Breach
A twenty nine year old St. Thomas man is wanted by police after failing to abide by his release conditions.  The man was recently released by the courts on conditions to report to the John Howard Society bail supervision program immediately.  The man failed to do so and there is now a warrant for his arrest.
Warrants
A thirty eight year old St. Thomas man was arrested yesterday after officers spotted him walking down Talbot Street.  The man was wanted on a warrant  for one count of Fraud after he cashed a stolen check.  He was taken into custody without incident and transferred to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing.  Officers seized a small amount of Crystal Methamphetamine from the accused and charged him additionally with one count of Drug Possession.  He was later released on a Promise to Appear in Court.
Warrant
A forty eight year old St. Thomas man wanted on a warrant turned himself in at the Colin McGregor Justice Building yesterday evening.  The man was wanted for one count Mischief Under $5000, one count of Resist Arrest and one count Breach of Release Conditions.  He was later released on a Promise to Appear.
Arrest
A thirty six year old male was arrested last night after Officers attended his residence to conduct a compliance check.  It was confirmed the man was not living at the address he supplied to the courts upon release.  Officers later located the man walking down Centre Street and took him into custody without incident.  He was held at the Colin McGregor Justice Building for court.
