Warrant
A fifty year old St. Thomas man was arrested Friday morning around 10 am after he refused to leave a friends apartment.  Police were called to the address to remove the unwanted man and upon arrival discovered he was wanted on a warrant by the London Police Service.  The man was taken into custody without incident. He is facing additional drug related charges after Officers located suspected illicit MDMA in his possession.  He was transferred to the custody of London Police for processing.
Arrest
A twenty nine year old St. Thomas man was arrested Friday night around 9:30 pm.  The man was observed by loss prevention officers at Walmart walking through the store acting suspicious.  When police arrived on scene they discovered the man was wanted on a warrant charged with five counts Breach of Release Conditions.  He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing.  The man was later released on a Promise to Appear in court.
Arrests
A couple have been arrested after they were located inside an empty residence on Trafalgar Street Saturday just after the noon hour.  As a result forty year old Kerri Webber has been charged with one count Unlawfully in a Dwelling Place and one count Breach of Release Conditions.  Thirty eight year old Craig Scratch has been charged one count Unlawfully in a Dwelling Place and two counts Breach of Release Conditions.  Both parties were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing.  They were later released on a Promise to Appear in court.
Assault
A sixty four year old St. Thomas man has been arrested after he assaulted a forty nine year old woman with a pad lock attached to a bike chain.  The incident occurred Saturday night around 9:30 pm in Canron Parkette on Talbot Street.  The two who are known to each other were arguing in the park when the man struck the woman as she turned to leave.  Police arrived on scene taking the male into custody without incident and locating the injured woman in the parking lot of a nearby restaurant.  The woman was transported to hospital by ambulance for treatment of non life threatening injuries.  The man was charged one count Assault With a Weapon, one count Assault Cause Bodily Harm, one count Cause Disturbance and one count Mischief.  He was taken to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing and later released on a Promise to Appear in Court.
Arrest
A twenty two year old St. Thomas woman was arrested early Sunday morning around 3 am on Princess Avenue near Wellington Street.  Police were called to the area by citizens who reported hearing a disturbance in the street.  When officers arrived they discovered the woman who was wanted on a bench warrant after she failed to attend her court date to answer to assault, theft and breach charges.  The woman was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice Building for processing.  She was later released on a Promise to Appear in court.
Break and Enter
Police are investigating after a break and enter to the Parks and Recreation Office located just inside the main gates of Pinafore Park.  Officers received a report indicating that sometime around 2 pm Sunday afternoon a younger male possibly in his twenties wearing blue jeans and a blue t-shirt was recorded on security video inside the building.  If you have any information about this break and enter please call us at 519-631-1224 or Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-TIPS stthomascrimestoppers.ca  Refer to Case #ST19014524
Breach
A twenty six year old St. Thomas woman was arrested Sunday night around 9 pm after officers were called to a Talbot Street restaurant after receiving reports of two females setting things on fire in the parking lot.  Once on scene police located the twenty six year old in the company of another twenty two year old female.  The older woman is currently at large in the community released on conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and not to associate or communicate with the younger woman.  She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Colin McGregor Justice building for processing.  The woman was charged with two counts Breach of Release Conditions and released on a Promise to Appear in court.
