Fail to Attend Court
On Thursday May 17, 2018 at around 7:30 a.m. the St. Thomas Police arrested a 59 year old St. Thomas man on a warrant for failing to attend court. The missed court appearance was in connection with an earlier arrest in April of 2018 for charges of break and enter commit theft. The accused was held for a court appearance.
Mischief and Breach
On May 17, 2018 at around 8:35 p.m. the St. Thomas Police arrested a 34 year old man on an outstanding warrant for mischief and breach of probation. The previous day the accused had kicked out the front window of a business on Talbot St. before leaving the scene. The accused is charged with one count of Mischief and three counts of Breach of Probation. The man was held in custody for court.
Probation Warrant and Theft
On Thursday May 17, 2018 in the early evening hours, a 26 year old St. Thomas man was arrested on a warrant issued by the Probation Office. The male was found to be in possession of items that were suspected to be stolen property. Investigation revealed that the man had in fact stole several items from the LCBO earlier in the day, which was captured on video. In addition to the arrest warrant, the accused is also charged with one count of Theft Under $5000 and was held in custody for a court appearance.
